Terms of Use

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of motelwebworks.com (the "Site"), operated by MotelWebWorks ("MotelWebWorks," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Who we are, and what this Site is

MotelWebWorks is a web-design studio serving independent motels and lodging in the United States. The Site describes our services and lets you request a quote. It is informational — using it does not create a client relationship. Any engagement begins only under a separate written agreement we both sign.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes and to learn about or request our services. You agree not to misuse it — no attempting to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, and no using it to violate anyone's rights or the law.

Quotes and requests

Prices, packages, and timelines shown on the Site are illustrative and may change. A quote you receive is an estimate, not an offer of contract, until confirmed in a signed agreement. Submitting a form does not obligate either of us to anything beyond our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and code, except third-party marks noted below — are owned by MotelWebWorks or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse its content for your own commercial purposes without our written permission.

Trademarks and third-party platforms

Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, Google, and other product and company names on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners. MotelWebWorks is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. We reference them only to describe what we do and the platforms our clients use.

Third-party links

The Site may link to sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following an outside link is at your own risk.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MotelWebWorks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to hold MotelWebWorks harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute relating to the Site or these terms is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the "DMCA" subject line and include: the work you claim is infringed, the URL of the material, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your signature. We will respond as the DMCA provides.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our Site or practices change; we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
