What does the Upkeep plan cost?
A flat $99 per month, month to month. No contract, no setup fee if we built the site, cancel anytime.
Is there a limit on edits?
Reasonable use — rate changes, photos, copy, notices — is simply included. A whole new section or a redesign gets its own small quote first, so there are never surprise charges.
Can I run the site myself instead?
Yes. The site is built on plain, durable technology, and at handoff we show you or your web person how to run it. Upkeep exists because most owners would rather email us than remember one more login.
Do you take over sites you didn't build?
Sometimes. If your current site is solid, we'll host and maintain it under the same plan after a quick technical review. If it isn't, we'll tell you plainly what we'd fix first.
What if the site goes down?
We monitor it and respond fast — that's the point of the plan. Hosting on our stack has been extremely stable, and your site is backed up so nothing is ever lost.
