Motel branding & signage design.
Wordmark, color, type, and a look that carries from your neon sign to your website to your key tags. If your motel has a story, we make it visible.
A motel with a look gets photographed. A photographed motel gets booked.
The great roadside places were built on identity — a sign you could spot at dusk, a name you told your friends. That still works. Travelers plan whole trips around properties with a strong look, and they post the ones they find.
If your motel already has a look, we sharpen it and carry it through everything a guest touches. If it doesn't, we build one that fits the building and the era it came from — never a generic logo dropped on top of a template.
From the sign to the key tag
Wordmark & sign lettering
A name set in type that belongs on your building — drawn to work on the road sign, the website header, and a business card alike.
Color & type system
A small, confident palette and two or three typefaces with rules for using them, so everything you print or post looks like it came from the same place.
Voice & story
The two sentences that say what your place is — written plainly, used everywhere from the homepage to the Google description to the front-desk card.
The little touches
Key tags, door hangers, postcards, merch — designed to match, produced affordably, and quietly doing marketing every time a guest takes one home.
Photography direction
A shot list built around the brand: the sign at dusk, the pool at golden hour, the room made up right. Your phone camera plus our directions is usually enough.
Files you actually own
Every logo, color code, and typeface license handed over in formats a sign shop or printer can use. No ransom, no proprietary lock-in.

If your motel has a story, let's make it visible.
Tell us about your place. We'll send back a plain quote and a look at what's possible — usually within one business day.
Questions owners ask us
Do I need a rebrand, or just a website?
If your sign, name, and look are working, we build the website to match them — that's most projects. A full rebrand makes sense when the look is holding the property back or a new owner is starting fresh. We'll tell you plainly which one you are.
Can you work with my existing sign and logo?
Yes, and we prefer to. A motel's existing sign is usually its best asset. We clean up the artwork, match the colors and lettering digitally, and build everything else around it.
What does motel branding cost?
Brand work is part of Motor Lodge (from $3,500) as a refresh, and The Full Neon as a ground-up system. Standalone brand projects get a fixed quote after a short call.
Do you design physical signage?
We design the artwork and hand your sign shop production-ready files. We don't fabricate or install signs, but we'll happily talk to your sign company so nothing gets lost in translation.
